While weddings celebrate two people, the bulk share of their planning is often accomplished by one.

For straight couples, this is typically the bride. How do I know this? Because there are a glut of articles talking about how to get your future husband to actually do something, literally anything, involving the wedding. The frustrated tone in these pieces is clear — for example, one is just called “Men, It’s Time to Step Up and Get Involved in Wedding Planning.” Hear that, fellas? Get off your butts and call that caterer!

Given this, it can be pretty obvious who took the helm on the planning when the wedding day finally comes. Usually, however, it’s a bit more subtle than this:

Guests at this wedding were informed that they weren’t just at any wedding — they were at *Becca’s* wedding. Oh yeah, and Jack was there, too.

We unfortunately don’t know all of the specifics about the wedding. For example, did Becca’s friends give speeches about the good times they had together? Did Becca’s family receive a special welcome? Was Jack held in a kennel until the ceremony? Was he allowed to eat, speak and move about freely?

We don’t have those specific answers, but a TikTok video showed a few more details from the wedding.

Sadly, it seems the Becca-only theme doesn’t carry through to the rest of the wedding. Regardless, it looked like everybody had a good time — even if it meant keeping Jack around for a few hours.
